Best BBQ sandwich in town hands down! Best coleslaw in town. I've only eaten the pulled pork sandwiches (many times) so I can't speak for anything else. Love the hot sauce, little runny but good kick.

Ate lunch here on 7-30-15. Very good! Has lunch specials and regular menu items. Atmosphere is invitingly rustic. Wait staff is great and very helpful. Service was fast even tho they had a busy lunch crowd. I recommend this restaurant. I had BBQ pork plate, another had special BBQ sandwich and another had 1/2 rack of ribs, all portions were substantial! Most of us took home leftovers.

I love barbecue and Brother's is definitely the best I've found in Heber Springs. Granted this is a small town, but I believe small towns offer some of the best competition when it comes to home cookin. And Brother's BBQ is a fine example. The quality of the meat is excellent. It's prepared and cooked superbly with great selections of classic sides such as baked beans or potato salad. The portions are quite large, always leaving me with leftovers to take home. In fact, stay away from here if you're on a diet. And clear your schedule for a few hours after the meal, as the only thing you will want to do after eating here is take a nap!

The lunch special sandwich is great. Best barbecue in the area. Well cooked and hickory smoked. Not oven cooked. Reasonable prices. Good service. The mild sauce is a little sweet, so I add some of the hot sauce to it. You won't go away hungry.

Ohh Brothers. Best pork BBQ I have had. Visiting heber Springs with my daughter and we got luck with Brothers next to hotel / Holiday Inn. Pork was very flavorful. Family atmosphere. Great friendly service. Sides also rock. Cole slaw and potato salad.

Great ribs! Great beans. The pork was a tad dry, but great flavor. They were a bit stingey on the lunch plate. We were not greeted at all when walked in, so it didn't feel welcoming.

The service was the only really good thing about this place. The BBQ was mediocre, and it's my belief you should never serve prepackaged potato salad in a BBQ joint. The beans had little flavor, and when you microwave cheese fries, don't put them on paper and nuke them so long that the cheese is crispy! Had to pick the paper out of the fries :( probably won't go back

Best ever. Drive from Dallas Texas at least once a year just for this. This is the best smoked meat hands down. Even without sauce it's excellent. Then there's the sauce it self. Perfection! Add the sauce to the meat, serendipity! This is better than the rendezvous in Memphis or any establishment in Texas.

I will preface this review and state that I am from Texas and have ate at some of the greatest BBQ joints in the world which just happen to be in Texas. They ruined for me what would otherwise be decent run of the mill places. Brothers would still not fall into the decent category. The food at Brothers Barbecue isn't great. The ribs were dry and the pulled pork was okay. The sides weren't bad and the roll was the highlight. It's not a good situation when the highlight of a BBQ place is the rolls. The sauce reminded me of KC Masterpiece but maybe a little thinner. Not impressed. Maybe my BBQ standards are too high, but this place was mediocre to poor at best. Later in the day I got fairly sick after eating here. I paid for it. Never again.

I visit the Heber Springs area often, and when I am there I usually make a point to stop by and eat lunch at Brothers BBQ. I grew up in the mid-south eating Memphis style pulled pork sandwiches and ribs. I also cook my own hickory smoked pork shoulders and Boston butts, and do a pretty fair job of it. The BBQ pork at Brothers is so good that I feel I've gotten my bar-b-que "fix" without going to the effort of cooking it myself! I'm surprised by the comments from the other reviewers as I don't recognize the place they are describing. If you want brisket go back to Texas! But if you want good, hickory smoked pork Bar-b-que then Brothers will not disappoint you. Good beans, fries, and cole slaw too. Also, the hamburgers and chicken wings are excellent! Also, I've seen service be a bit slow at peak lunch time. That's because the waitresses are BUSY, not inattentive. The owner is usually there and everyone is friendly and helpful.

One of my customer's recommended this place to try out for bbq. I got the brisket plate with baked beans and coleslaw. I didn't really like the bbq sauces that you could put on it. The "hot" was not that spicy at all but more of a vinegar-y taste. I stuck with the other sauce, which I assume was the mild. The bread that came with it was nice and soft. I liked the sides as well. I'm kinda picky about coleslaw and this wasn't too shabby. b
